1. Acceptance
These Terms govern access to the public Movevero website and public demonstration experiences. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you are evaluating Movevero for a property-management organization, a separate commercial agreement may apply to a production account.
2. Prototype status
Movevero is currently presenting prototype and pilot functionality. Demo residents, properties, balances, payment statuses, inspection records and other sample information are fictional unless clearly stated otherwise. Buttons may simulate actions without creating a real transaction, work order, inspection, payment or account.
3. No legal, financial or mortgage advice
Movevero provides organizational tools and illustrative calculators. Nothing on the site is legal, tax, investment, insurance, mortgage or other professional advice. Mortgage, down-payment, FHSA, HBP, stress-test and similar calculations are estimates and can become outdated. Users should confirm current rules and their own eligibility with the relevant professional, provider or government source.
4. Rent and payment features
Public rent-payment screens are demonstrations unless a production page expressly identifies a live payment processor and transaction. A future production service may rely on third-party payment processors and additional terms.
5. Property and compliance workflows
Inspection, fire-safety, dryer-vent, elevator, equipment and other maintenance templates are workflow aids. They do not replace inspections, certifications, qualified trades, legal notices, statutory forms, fire-code requirements or professional judgment required by the applicable building or jurisdiction.
6. Third-party services
Movevero may provide links or referrals to movers, insurers, storage providers, internet providers, contractors, mortgage comparison services and other independent businesses. Movevero does not control those providers and does not guarantee their availability, licensing, pricing, quality, suitability or performance. A user's agreement for a third-party service is with that provider.
7. Affiliate relationships
Movevero may earn referral, affiliate or other compensation from eligible third-party relationships. Compensation does not make an optional service mandatory. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
8. Acceptable use
Users may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, upload malicious content, impersonate another person, scrape the service in a way that harms availability, or use Movevero to violate law or the rights of others.
9. Intellectual property
The Movevero name, branding, interface, written content and software are owned by or licensed to Movevero except for third-party names, marks and materials. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights.
10. Availability and changes
We may change, test, suspend or discontinue prototype features. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and the public demos should not be relied on as the sole system of record for a tenancy, payment, inspection or emergency.
11. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the public site and demos are provided on an "as available" basis without warranties that every feature, calculation, provider listing or sample workflow is complete, current or suitable for a particular purpose.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Movevero will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on a public demo, third-party service or illustrative calculation. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Governing law
Unless a separate agreement says otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.
